Lindsay and Samantha rock the runway crowd

Lohan sported a denim set and gamey pumps, and wore her blonde pilus pulled back in a bun; Ronson had on a opprobrious T-shirt and a grey skinny jeans and vest - she usually incorporates a hat into her rocker look, but this time she opted to show off her pyxidanthera barbulata haircut.

Actress Emma Roberts, the niece of Julia Roberts, joked that she was stuck in a "Lindsay traffic jam" as she tested to leave behind the crowded event.

In-demand music producer Mark Ronson - brother of Charlotte and Samantha - deejayed the music at the show.

He declined input when asked about the buzz over Lohan and his sister, but aforementioned he was proud of his family.

"I think we're just all driven and love what we do," he aforementioned of his siblings.

White Stripes - White Winehouse Is Underappreciated

WHITE STRIPES frontman JACK WHITE has hit out at the crowds at Glastonbury music festival who booed AMY WINEHOUSE - insisting the troubled star deserves to be treated with more respect.

The Back To Black hitmaker took to the stage at the legendary British event on Saturday (28Jun08), playing to a crowd of 75,000.

But Winehouse was forced to endure boos and jeers from the audience after she paid tribute to her incarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

And White, who witnessed the upset, insists that the crowd should have been more grateful for her appearance.

He says, "Amy's a treasure. She's the Janis Joplin of this generation. The crowd don't appreciated her."

Album Review: My Morning Jacket, "Evil Urges" (ATO)

"It's been so long since someone challenged me," sings frontman Jim James on the funk-tinged bluesy dance track "Touch Me I'm Going To Scream Pt. 2." His statement seems far from true, considering that My Morning Jacket [ tickets ]'s fifth studio album, "Evil Urges," boldly experiments with a plethora of sounds and styles--challenging the band's expected alt-country jam-psychedelic classification, while simultaneously defying the expectations of their longtime listeners. With "Evil Urges," this Kentucky quintet's burly, southern classic rock has been catapulted into a heady vortex of eclectic funk, electronic noises, twang-heavy ballads, rollicking anthems and melancholy blues. Genre jumping on a single album can be dangerous, but on "Evil Urges" it's fun, refreshing and even admirable. The only disappointment may be that, while these sounds are new to My Morning Jacket, they are definite throwbacks to other musical greats. Vocally, James shows more range than ever--mastering a nearly impossible Prince-like falsetto on the opening track "Evil Urges," and, on what is perhaps the strangest tune, "Highly Suspicious," which involves a Tone Loc '80s back beat and a Muppet-like chorus of commanding, mind-wasted lyrics about peanut butter. If fans can digest the first three tracks, the rest of the album feels more approachable. George Harrison might applaud the optimistic and reminiscent-minded "Two Halves." James Taylor would certainly approve of the tranquil, poetic "Librarian." Even though the music strays into new territory, the band's fondness for The Flaming Lips and Neil Young, which defined My Morning Jacket's earlier reverb-driven sounds, can still be easily traced. Old school My Morning Jacket comes through on the breezy, full-bodied track "I'm Amazed," the bluesy peace-and-love drenched "Look At You" and the fiery classic rock goodness of "Aluminum Park." "Evil Urges" provides enough familiar aspects of My Morning Jacket to not completely divert diehard fans, but certainly proves that the band is willing and ready to contest their reputation.

Man who robbed "Lost" star sentenced to prison

HONOLULU —

A man who robbed "Lost" star Josh Holloway and his wife at gunpoint in their Hawaii home has been sentenced to 13 to 30 years in prison for his three-week crime spree.

The sentence was imposed Tuesday against 23-year-old Ruben Royce after he pleaded guilty to multiple charges in February.

Judge Karl Sakamoto said Royce was responsible for "a tidal wave of crime" that terrorized victims in their own homes. The four robberies occurred in the fall of 2005.

Prosecutors say Royce broke into the Holloways' home, threatened the couple at gunpoint, took their wallets and drove off in their Mercedes-Benz.

Holloway plays "Sawyer" on the ABC castaway drama filmed on Oahu.
